FAMILY AUTOGRAPH - BACKPACK GIVEAWAY NIGHT COMING UP AUGUST 16TH AT CAN-AM

One of the most popular nights of the season is coming up next Friday night at the Can-Am Speedway.  It's the annual Family Autograph night as well as our 2nd annual Backpack Giveaway.  Family Autograph night always brings out a great crowd, fans have the opportunity to meet the drivers on the front straightaway during intermission and get a close up look at the cars.  Drivers also enjoy Family Autograph night, it gives them the chance to meet the fans that cheer them on every week, many of the competitors bring driver cards to sign for the fans as well as candy and other giveaways.

Last season, Can-Am started a backpack giveaway program to compliment Family Autograph night and it was a huge success, with over 200 backpacks donated by drivers, sponsors, and fans.  Many of the drivers, sponsors, and fans not only donated backpacks filled with school supplies but many had hats, t-shirts, and other great items, the kids were thrilled to get their new backpacks for the new school year.  To make the night even better, $1 from every adult general admission ticket will be donated to the Children's Miracle Network.  CMN will be set up behind the main grandstand handing out information on their organization as well as talking with the Can-Am fans.  Many of the CMN kids will also be on hand to enjoy an exciting night of dirt track racing.  Drivers, sponsors, and fans let us know if you plan on donating a backpack and we will promote your involvement to the kids and parents, let's break our number of backpacks from 2018 and show the community we support the youth in the community.  Leave us a post on our Facebook page if you plan on donating.  Follow us on Facebook at Can-Am Speedway or call the office at 315-876=3478
